How long does my order take to ship?

Customs: The time depends on the busy season. Typically, it takes between 4-6 weeks to be finished and then 1-2 business days to be shipped.

Prints and Originals: These ship in 2-5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Grace ships out small projects internationally. Small projects are 8” x 12” and smaller.

What is your return policy? 

If the product has not received any damage from shipping or by the customer, Grace will take the product back and return your money. Custom pieces are not refundable. Grace is not responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a mistake on her part with the product.
